The hotel is conveniently located not far from Stratford-upon-Avon, providing a good base for exploring both the town and the Cotswolds. The rooms, although small on the top floor, are clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, although there were minor issues with the room heating. The dining experience was fantastic in terms of quality and price, offering delicious meals. The hotel could have a cosier atmosphere, yet the sunny ambiance and smell of fresh flowers added charm.

Staying at the hotel was a cozy experience, with quirky layouts in an old building, multiple floors with little hallways and stairs. The rooms were exceptionally hot but overall excellent with ensuite bathrooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and a beautifully decorated and clean feel.
